Are you a licensed FFL dealer?
Yes. Bordertown Guns Inc holds a valid Federal Firearms License. All firearms sales comply with federal and state regulations, including background checks through NICS.
Do you ship firearms?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states where legal. Firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL holder near you. We will coordinate with your local FFL for transfer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cryptocurrency. All payments are processed through our secure checkout system.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unfired items in original packaging. Firearms that have been fired or modified cannot be returned. Contact us before returning any item.
Do you price match?
Yes. If you find a lower advertised price from an authorized dealer on an identical in-stock item, contact us and we will match it.
How do FFL transfers work?
After placing your order, provide us with your local FFL dealer information. We ship the firearm to them, and you complete the transfer (Form 4473 and background check) at their location. Most FFL dealers charge a small transfer fee.
